Where to Watch

Midnight Romance in Hagwon (previously known as Graduation) is a romance drama set in Daechi, a neighborhood known as the epicenter of private education in Korea. A devoted instructor steers student Lee Joon-ho (Wi Ha-joon) toward a prestigious university admission. However, fate takes an unexpected turn as Joon-ho, now a mature man, resigns from a major company and returns to the academy as an instructor. His homecoming is driven by a profound longing for his first love (Jung Ryeo-won)—the very teacher who ignited his pursuit of dreams.

The drama is helmed by PD Ahn Pan-seok, who previously directed “One Spring Night,” “Something in the Rain,” and the award-winning dramas “Heard It Through the Grapevine” and “Secret Affair.”

Midnight Romance in Hagwon is confirmed to premiere on May 11, 2024, and replace Queen of Tears in tvN’s Saturday-Sunday time slot.
