Frankly Speaking poster 2 featuring Go Kyung-pyo and Kang Han-na

Frankly Speaking

When a well-respected announcer loses his ability to control what he says on air, a TV writer sees him as the perfect guest for her variety show.

Where to Watch

Frankly Speaking is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Song Ki-baek (Go Kyung-pyo), a meticulous anchor whose life takes a wild turn when he’s afflicted with a condition that makes him blurt out whatever’s on his mind. Suddenly, his reputation is at risk. Enter On Woo-ju (Kang Han-na), a daring variety show writer captivated by Ki-baek’s blunt honesty. Despite their differences, they end up working together on a dating show, thrusting Ki-baek into the spotlight in a whole new way.

Before this work, Go Kyung-pyo and Kang Han-na starred in D.P. 2 and Bloody Heart, respectively. Meanwhile, it marks Joo Jong-hyuk’s first major drama appearance after playing a supporting role in the hit 2022 series Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

The series airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:50 PM KST on JTBC.
