The Secret Romantic Guesthouse is a historical drama that follows Yoon Dan-oh (Shin Ye-eun), a woman who enjoys a carefree life until a cruel twist of fate forces her to help support her family by managing a traditional inn. The guesthouse attracts young scholars preparing for an important exam to become ranking officials, including three young men who become close to her. As they study and stay at the inn, they stumble upon clues to a strange disappearance that happened thirteen years ago. Will their investigation lead to the truth or will their personal feelings get in the way of their mission?
This is the last Monday-Tuesday drama of SBS in 2023 after the network announced on May 16, 2023 that it would stop airing dramas on the 10 PM time slot at least until the end of the year.
