My Dearest follows the heart-wrenching romance between Yoo Gil-chae and Lee Jang-hyun. Yoo Gil-chae (Ahn Eun-jin), born into a noble and affluent family, possesses a lovely and charming personality. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with the enigmatic nobleman, Lee Jang-hyun (Namgoong Min). Lee is a mysterious figure who arrives in the community seemingly out of nowhere. Despite his lighthearted facade, he carries a profound secret that weighs heavily on his heart, preventing him from sharing it with anyone else. Fate brings these two individuals together, igniting a powerful love that is tested by the trials of war.
