My Happy End is a psychological thriller drama that revolves around a woman (Jang Na-ra) who, in her pursuit of success, confronts a shocking truth after being betrayed by those she trusted. The series explores the theme of true happiness through a story that unfolds from the misery of those sacrificed for someone else’s happiness.
The series reunites Jang (Family: The Unbreakable Bond) and Son Ho-jun (The First Responders 2), who starred together in the 2017 drama Go Back Couple.
It is directed by Jo Soo-won, whose recent works before this project include Today’s Webtoon, Doctor John, and Still 17.
