Miss Night and Day is a fantasy romantic comedy about a young job seeker, Lee Mi-jin (Jung Eun-ji), who magically transforms into a 50-year-old woman (Lee Jung-eun) every morning. Using this twist of fate to her advantage, she lands a job as an intern at the Prosecution Service, where she becomes entangled with the demanding prosecutor Gye Ji-woong (Choi Jin-hyuk). As she juggles two identities and navigates the challenges of a double life, love and chaos ensue.
