Actor Ahn Hyo-seop is set to continue his strides as a global star. The Present Company, his management agency, announced on May 25th that he will be embarking on his first-ever Asia tour.
The 28-year-old actor has arranged the tour for fans he has not met due to his continuous work commitments and the pandemic. The tour, taking the form of fan meetings, will kick off in Seoul on July 16 and include stops in Bangkok, Taipei, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. The official poster and name of the tour will be released later via his agency’s official social media accounts.
“The decision to hold an Asia tour was driven by the support and enthusiasm of fans from every series including ‘Lovers of the Red Sky’, ‘Business Proposal’, and ‘Dr. Romantic 3’,” said The Present Company. “We hope fans look forward to this tour, which will be their first encounter with Ahn Hyo-seop.”
Ahn Hyo-seop himself is eagerly preparing for the tour, looking forward to meeting fans who have waited to meet him for a long time. He has made a strong impact as an actor through SBS’s “Lovers of the Red Sky” (2021) and attracted overseas fans with “Business Proposal” (2022). He is currently portraying Seo Woo-jin in the SBS medical drama “Dr. Romantic 3.”
The actor has an upcoming Netflix original series, “A Time Called You” (also known as “Into Your Time”), set to be released in the third quarter of 2023.
